As we move closer to releasing Social Survey as our new post-close survey software we wanted to remind everyone that it’s very important that all branch managers attend tomorrows training @ 1 PM EST.   If you’re not able to make it please make sure you have someone in your office take your place.  In addition, if you are not able to make it please email Corey Hill at:chill@vandykmortgage.com    We’ve provided the meeting information below for your reference, it is recommended that you register for the meeting beforehand if you haven’t already.   We are very excited to release this new software and look forward to talking with you tomorrow.

New Post-Close Survey Provider: Social Survey

 

VanDyk mortgage is pleased to announce the release of Social Survey as our new post-close survey software.  This will be replacing the survey currently going out via Top of Mind.   Social Survey will allow us to easily customize the customer survey process and give the customer a more streamlined experience.  Additionally, it will allow us to share the customer feedback instantly via multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and your google business page.  The system will also allow us to handle any negative feedback in a more timely manner giving us the opportunity to rectify any consumer complaints before they are made public.
