New Post-Close Survey Provider: Social Survey
VanDyk mortgage is pleased to announce the release of Social Survey as our new post-close survey software. This will be replacing the survey currently going out via Top of Mind. Social Survey will allow us to easily customize the customer survey process and give the customer a more streamlined experience. Additionally, it will allow us to share the customer feedback instantly via multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and your google business page. The system will also allow us to handle any negative feedback in a more timely manner giving us the opportunity to rectify any consumer complaints before they are made public. We will be providing companywide training next Wednesday January 17th @ 1PM EST. We have provided the meeting registration information below. We will be going live with this services within a few days after the webinar next week.
